Forwell, a leading manufacturer of turnkey intelligent rapid mold change system equipment across Taiwan and China, is embracing the AI application trend by leveraging its proprietary core technologies in the professional field of intelligent rapid mold change system turnkey equipment. In addition to successfully launching intelligent mold change carts specifically designed for metal forming and rubber/plastic injection molding equipment, Forwell has further invested in the development and production of unmanned transportation equipment, including AGV mold change carts, AGV logistics transport vehicles, and AGV forklifts. The company has successfully demonstrated its R&D achievements and entered mass production.

Forwell’s “AGV Mold Change Cart” is an intelligent logistics device that enables automated mold transportation and precise docking with equipment such as stamping machines and rubber/plastic injection molding machines. It can fully replace traditional manual/forklift mold change operations, significantly improving mold change efficiency and reducing labor costs. With positioning accuracy of ±10mm, it is equipped with multiple safety protection designs, including 360-degree laser obstacle avoidance, contact safety edges, sound and light alarms, and emergency stop buttons.

The “AGV Logistics Transport Vehicle” can be applied to heavy-load material handling operations involving frequent curves and complex routes. It features no track limitations, wireless remote control, intelligent anti-collision/anti-error functions, automatic charging, and easy maintenance.

The AGV adopts servo positioning technology, enabling precise automatic positioning. The loading platform is equipped with an automatic lifting function, making loading and unloading safer and more convenient. It can replace traditional crane operations and features obstacle avoidance capabilities. It can be remotely controlled or automatically transported through the establishment of factory maps. Currently, Forwell has completed the development of 5–35 ton load capacity models, which can be widely applied to unmanned automated handling and warehousing operations in molds, steel processing, wind power, aerospace, automated production lines and other heavy-load applications. The company is also continuously developing higher load capacity models of 50 tons, 65 tons, 80 tons, and 100 tons.

The AGV unmanned transport vehicle can also be standardized or customized for mass production according to actual requirements, meeting the needs of AI unmanned transportation and one-stop production line processes.
