President of Forwell, Mr. Hsiao, Wen-long (蕭文龍) said that the recovering mold and die clamping devices are one part of the entire QDCS and QMCS mechanism, and the mold and die clamping system is a revolutionary invention that increases the mold and dies clamping efficiency, making the entire process smooth. Hsiao said that in the past clamping is driven by single motion but now Forwell designed it with double motion so clamping and releasing are with pneumatic force, which offers better speed and productivity. This system is customizable so that it can be inserted with the intelligent element.

President Hsiao is also the executive director, he pointed out that in dealing with the trend of zero emission, smart manufacturing is the key because the importation of intelligent production is able to reduce cost and labor reliance significantly. Based on the ITRI studies on the comparison of manual and automatic modes, it is found that automation is able to reduce half of the consumptions, making recycling and power saving much more improved. This can reduce carbon footprint and reduce high carbon tax in the future which may reduce competitiveness.

President Hsiao said that zero-emission becomes the key that affects the development of industrial companies in the future and this will significantly form the market soon, rearranging supplies from upstream to downstream since every single detail is connected one by one.
