FORWELL, a leading equipment manufacturer specializing in rapid mold change systems for automated processes on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, has gained widespread adoption in the metal forming and plastic injection molding industries globally. Over 20 years ago, FORWELL pioneered the development of the first national patented "PCB Printed Circuit Board Punching and Hydraulic Stripping System (PFPS)," a system widely specified by domestic PCB processing manufacturers. Its market presence extends to international markets such as China, India, Turkey, maintaining a leading position domestically. Currently, the company continues to invest in the research and development of PCB peripheral automation equipment aligned with "Industry 4.0," incorporating materials and processes that comply with ESG sustainability standards.

President Hsiao Wen Lung of FORWELL stated that the process of single-layer and double-layer composite PCBs involves substrate printing, etching, punching and stripping, electronic plug-in encapsulation, and completion of production after passing relevant tests. The punching and stripping system is a mid-range process equipment in this process and a crucial one that determines the conductivity quality and production yield of printed circuit boards (PCBs). For instance, if the common punching method with stamping out is used for double-layer boards, it is prone to drawbacks such as PCB deformation, interlayer delamination, cracking, serrated hole edges, and other issues, rendering all the previous processes futile.

He further explained that while high-end multilayer boards and integrated PCBs have moved towards more precise or even nanoscale development, the application of general single-layer and double-layer low-end PCBs remains quite extensive. These find use in toys, toy electric cars, control boxes, keyboards, simple thin-film control circuit boards, and more. In their processes, "PFPS" is essential to enhance production efficiency and stabilize PCB quality. In particular, FORWELL's "PFPS" can effectively assist PCB processors in achieving high efficiency, high yield, short lead times, and labor-saving, secure production requirements. When used for punching and hydraulic stripping operations on double-layer composite boards, it ensures smooth hole edges, preventing delamination and cracking, significantly boosting yield.

FORWELL's "PFPS" features a special design structure for the main structure of the stripping table assembly. The table, after precision processing, hardening, and multi-layer oil sealing treatment, uses varying hydraulic stripping pressures adjusted through air pressure to match the punching speed of the press. The movement is smooth and uniform, ensuring even stripping force. The stripping at 0 degrees or 180 degrees can be adjusted to accommodate automated feeding operations, making it easy to operate and adjust with high precision and long lifespan. It is well-suited for general circuit board punching and stripping operations and is equipped with a rapid mold change system, achieving the goals of automation, labor-saving, and improved processing quality.
